The Ems are several young women currently living in New York City.  We have launched this blog project as a means of exchanging ideas and communicating with one another and with our friends, colleages, and anyone else who wanders across the site. 

We don’t assume to have all the answers, or even any answers, but still value the sharing of thoughts and information, and seek to challenge each other with interesting, frank dialogue concerning anything and everything.
